Her name means "bearer of good news" which is absolutely true. As a family we decided it would be fun to vote on a name since the boys are old enough to be involved. We had a list of names that we narrowed down to 4 and voted . . . and then voted again because of a tie. Evangeline it is! I love the name not only because of it's meaning. Not just for the way it sounds when my 6 year old says it so sweetly. I love it because it is a name all her own.
We are going into this loving her with our whole hearts as we hold on for dear life. Fear cannot be an equation because it would affect every facet of our relationship with her. We are rejoicing that she is here and that we can enjoy her smiles, her drool, her giggles and even tears. What a beautiful little girl the Lord has brought to us. No fear just a thankful heart that we have a chance to love again! Evangeline you are loved!
